Shipping policy

Clothing and accessory items are a flat rate of $7. All other items to be shipped will be weighed and a rate will be given based on the weight of the item. 

Item(s) will be shipped between 1-3 business days. After shipping, items will take 2-3 business days to arrive. Hana James is not responsible for lost packages or packages that do not arrive in desired time frame. 

Baby James is not responsible if the address given at checkout is incorrect and the package is delivered to the wrong address. If a package is returned to the store due to an incorrect address, it is the customer's responsibility to cover shipping cost to get resent. 

Baby James is not responsible for any damaged or stolen packages. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the local post office for information regarding the package. Baby James will not be held responsible once the packages is in the hands of the post office carrier.
